View Full Version : Multi-Stage Clamping Experiment

Anybody have any success with multi-stage clamping? In an effort to shake up my routine, I broke my PE workout into two stages today. The first was around 9 am:
5 min warm wrap
5 min jelqing
5 min intense stretches
3 x 10 minute clamping (air clamp)
When I finished stage 1, I rinsed my unit in cold water and put on a Therawrap for ADS.
The second stage started at 11:30 am:
3 x 10 minute clamping (air clamp)
When I finished with this experiment, my dick was noticeably plumper than normal after my usual PE session and brick hard. I put on my Therawrap again, which I will wear for the rest of the day. That was about 30 minutes ago. I'm still pretty hard and looking at my dick can see noticeable stretch marks all along the shaft.
Anyone else try this and reap any lasting rewards from it?

If I could just opine on the terminology, that's more of a "double-split" than a "multi-stage".
From the title, I thought you were using multiple clamps on your penis, rather than doing two clamping sessions per day.
It's also typical to do several 10-minute (or so) clampings during the same session, with short breaks to allow some bloodflow.
Definite rewards from clamping. !!
Permanent? I think most of it would go away if someone layed off for like half a year. But it's part of a whole plan that gets bigger across time.

I've had around a year of hardcore clamping experience and in general, I would say that clamping is very dangerous, and at the same time very fun.
The shape, feel and overall size increase gained from clamping make it the most fun and enjoyable PE exercise I can think of. Specially if you're edging to some high quality porn.
Problem is, the gains seen, (in my case anyways) have no been permenant and perhaps it's because with clamping you can easily overtrain your penis.
The amount of stress needed to grow the penile tissues is very little and the amount of pressures created with clamping are exponentially higher.
During my clamping days, (and I haven't totally quit clamping mind you) I often reached a non fluid midshaft girth of 6.6-6.8. My dick looked monsterous, but the gains never transformed into 'Erect gains' or what I call 'dry girth'. If I'm to clamp again, I could, given the time reach those girths, but they're 'faux girth' and not real.
I would much rather invest my time in something less fun (like jelqs, squeezes and ULI's) and achieve real girth gains in the long run.
I remember reading on Thunder's that you were giving IPR a try for your girth and you were reporting good results. How did that go? I'd be very interested to know how IPR worked for you in terms of girth gains.

I'm thinking about giving low-pressure pumping another go at it too. That seemed to work for me years ago, although it did make my erections a little softer than normal after a few weeks. I tried squeezes a few years ago too with intense, consistent workouts but to no avail. At least clamping seems to do something in the short term and doesn't mess with my erections. The experiments continue...

So you say low pressure pumping yielded actual girth gains and they were cemented?
can you elaborate what you did, how much pressure and how much you gained?
If that's a sure way to gain, I don't see a reason why you shouldn't do it. sacrificing rigidity in the short term is nothing compared to Gains.

Actually, I think the gains I had came early in my PE life, before I had a pressure gauge. So I'm pretty sure I was pumping at high levels. I often got the bloated dick look, which I didn't like. I stuck with the routine, though, for several months. Before I go back to that approach, I think I'll try some of these other exercises that don't affect erection quality. I still have to service the wife and Mrs. Brianrex doesn't even know that I'm PEing!

Ya well you're more than just good enough as it is.
I doubt high pressure pumping would have much positive effect as I HATE fluid expansion. If anything, although bigger, it makes my dick feel smaller. I don't know if that makes any sense.
When I dont have fluid expansion, flexing my PC muscle makes a difference to my size. Grabbing at the base also makes my dick expand. But when I have fluid expansion, #1, I'm not as HARD since its not Tunica under the skin that's being felt, and #2, nothing expands me further really. I feel the fluid collapsing my tunica, so that just doesn't do it for me.
Some on this forum, seem to think that low pressure pumping for long periods of time is the key to girth gains. But then again, some also believe drinking lots of water at night to induce an urge to pee also will yield MASSIVE gains of aourn 7-8 inches of girth.. ?:(
