I just wanted to state that I have noticed since pumping consistently at least 5 days a week for an hour at least has led to me having much better stamina.

I'm planning on getting to at least 9 bp x 6.5 mseg. If I want to keep getting bigger then I know the routine. My initial size was 7 bp x 4.75 mseg, much smaller in volume than I am now. I have been PEing for a little less than 2 1/2 years. I gained quite a bit in girth from manual exercises alone but never much length, until I started hanging last August.
