As you might know by now I'm attacking length and tried a manuel plan but found I wasnt getting quite the stretch I wanted and the hands tired after so many sets ... for me the PA makes sense to use.
What I'm asking is for good PA routines from members and especially those that have seen gains with ... I have already seen Kooky's routine but would like to see others .. cant find and sift through them all on the search tab.
I'll already be rocking Expressive stretching with whatever I do in my PA routine.
