I noticed that after the first two weeks you don't mention any warm ups or warm down. that was made improtant in the Mens health site. Since I am new to this site but not to PE I am starting as if I am new to PE so I will take the two week periode before moving on to the next stage. I am also wondering about the pills that Mens health told me to take. They stated that although they wouldn't give me gains they would make them come faster. Can I save some money by just quiting taking them?
After reading some of the threads I also noticed that several of them talked about ejaculating during some of the exercises and that was also stressed not to do during the exercises as it would slow up the process. I am following the schedule that I started on Mens health of 3 on and 1 off then 2 on and 1 off. don't know if this is the way to do it but it does help my scheduling better.
Has anyone tried the patches from Albion?
Would appreciate any information you have on my questions.
