Hi to all, this question is related to the ligs. In penis surgery advertisements and testimonials, we see that surgery gives an immediate 1'' flaccid gain and this gain may or may not appear in erect state depending on the healing process. We know that this lenghtening occurs by linearizing the inner penis that draws a curvature inside the body due to the suspensory ligaments connecting penis tissue to the pubic bone. So, we can conclude that linearization of the inner penis gives an additional inch of gain. So my question is ''instead of cutting the ligaments, we are stretching them. But does this mean that stretching them has more length gain potential than cutting them or are we also making an indirect tunica stretch inside the body?

...And while we're waiting for a reply, I have a question: I read a story on another site from a guy who decided to cut his ligs. He did it himself, using a fairly large hypodermic needle. He simply jammed the needle into the front row of ligs on each side, until they were all severed. He hung the weights for the next few weeks, until the severed ligs healed, so that they wouldn't grow back together. Said he got lots of new length. Avoided real surgery.

Anyone know of anyone who has done this successfully?

Alright, that I would not recommend no matter how well I read it worked for him. When it comes to the penis and sharp objects, there is only marginal room for error. Do you happen to have a link to that site though?

teoman, we might can arrive at a logical answer to this question. Do you happen to know if they cut ALL of the ligaments, or just the suspensory ligament. From what I understand, the suspensory ligament is the one most responsible for keeping part of the external penis pressed against the pubic bone. If this is so, and it is the only one they cut during surgery, the reason that PE yields more gains than surgery is probably because stretching the ligaments on each side of the suspensory ligament helps to expose internal penis. As I said, I am not very familiar with the surgical procedure, so just trying to take a logical approach .........

My understanding of penis enlargement surgery is that they cut the suspensory ligament(s) and pull a portion of the "inner" penis out, then reattach the suspensory lig(s); thus resulting in a longer penis.

Tripod, I strongly urge you NOT to do anything even remotely resembling what you spoke of! It's assinine to even consider mutilating yourself like that. As was stated above, the margin for error is too great, and with even the smallest slip up you'll wind up doing permanent, irreversible damage to yourself that you'll regret for the rest of your life. My advice to you is to do it the all natural way with jelqing and stretching...it may take longer, but it's 10 million times safer then attempting to cut your own ligaments.
