Hi,
I am about to buy a pump, but from what I have read so far hydro pumping is more efficient :
quote from Penis Enlargement Manual (http://penis-enlargement-manual.thundersplace.org)

"Another type of vacuum pump used is called the hydro pump and it is typically used with warm water. Pumping with warm water feels great and can in itself help to stimulate a good erection. The distinguishing feature of these pumps is that they have a water reservoir to prevent water from being sucked back into the pump during the pumping action. Use of water combats the bruising/hickey effect that is caused by blood cells being trapped under the skin. Water enables the ability to with stand higher pressures for longer periods of time, i.e. (can eliminate the doughnut effect from extreme pumping sessions)"

So my question is where can we find such a pump, or how to use/adapt a "standard" pump?
Also I found on ebay kaplan pumps for less than 60 box, what do you guys think of these pumps (for the price), and is it possible to use them for hydro pumping?
Thanks in advance for your precious advices
and sorry for the numerous questions rofl ...

First of all, water is amazing.

Second of all, you shouldn't have to worry about bruising or donuts because you should not be pumping at that high of pressure and/or for that length of time. Those are what we call negative PIs.

Water pumping is the only worthwhile pumping in my opinion. The density and noncompressibility of the water greatly reduces fluid buildup under the skin. On the other hand, air is compressible and will therefore create uneven negative pressure on the penis, hence the donut effect that most experience to some degree. I can't speak for everyone, but I've never gotten a donut effect from water, even when I tried higher HG levels.

As for a water pump, you can either get a mityvac 4000 silverline for around $50, or you can just use a cylinder with a detachable tube with a shut-off valve and suck the water out with your mouth. I just use my mouth to suck out the water when I'm taking a bath. It's fairly easy to approxiamte the HG levels this way. As a general rule, if it becomes difficult to suck anymore water out, you're probably using too much pressure (I'm guessing around 10 HG). I useally stay around 5 HG.

As for the cylinder, I have Kaplan cylinders, but I don't like how they are tapered. My girth is only around 5.25 right now, but I have to use a 2.25" cylinder because the 2" cylinder tapers too much and constricts the head. Personally, I'd rather be using a straight 2" cylinder. Just something to be aware of with kaplan cylinders, not everyone has/wants a cone-shaped dick.

sounds really encouraging,

I think I have 2 options :
- buy a complete system like this one :
PenisDepot.com--The AquaVac Penis Pumping System (http://www.penisdepot.com/aquavac.html)
with a straightwall cylinder following your advice allaboutmore,
please guys tell me what you think of these hydro pumps, cylinders?

-buy a mityvac 4000 and then my question is which cylinder to go with, and do you believe a rim is a good thing?
I know some people put a kind of ring at the base of the cylinder which works only with waterbased lubes, do you think it is worth it?

Plus with the mityvac do I need any additional accessories for water pumping?

sorry for the basic questions, i'm really new to this...
your help is greatly apreciated
