I've heard stories about pumpers who have reached MASSIVE results!
I miss my pump and would LOVE the idea of slowly getting a thicker cock and having a nice package to show off!
So, are there anyone here who's gained a lot?
I'm quite into a bit of pain aswell (yes, I'm aware of the risks so spare me the lectures).

Well, I can't say I have definitely gained anything from pumping as I do other things besides just pumping, so I can't say scientifically I have gained from pumping, however, I'm pretty sure it has helped me gain what I have.
If you are talking of immediate results from overpumping, then yes, I have "gained" some. Back in the day I did an extreme clamping and pumping session which blew my length up to 8" (back when I was 7.5") and girth over 7".
Geez, I wish I would have taken a pic. That sucker was MASSIVE! The biggest downside is that it was squishy. However, it didn't have that donut and stuff like most people get, probably because I wasn't doing any extreme pumping, only extreme clamping.
The routine I used that day (which I have never even tried to repeat, I think it's so bad for the penis) was 3 x 30 minutes of clamping, no breaks, along with an hour of pumping 6 x 10 minutes at up to 5" hg. I'm surprised I could even get a hardon after that.
I did one extreme pumping session with water though. I must've used upwards to 10" hg, with one of the sets going to 30 minutes. I achieved probably a 7" girth that time, however, I couldn't really get hard and it was all lymph fluid.
I do NOT recommend doing this if you want to gain.

Physiological Indicators. I should find the thread from Thunders and copy it here.
Basically positive PI = good flaccid hang, morning wood, healthy erections, etc
negative = poor flaccid hang, no morning wood, weak erections

I gained about .4'' in 4 months from a pumping/jelqing routine. I still pump now but have mixed up my routine a bit with some clamping and now my homemade powerjelqer and expect to see great things from it.

There is nothing special about that pump than any other one on the market. I think Dr. Kaplan is full of $hit about some of the claims he makes on his site. Pumping does indeed work but not as quick and probably not as much as he states. I have seen very good gains from pumping and jelqing together but it took about 4 months to gains .4''. Thats still very impressive and not so common but 3''s is a little far fetched. Maybe after 10-15 years of pumping one might see this type of gains but I still think thats hard to believe.
My cylinder is from Lapdist and my Mityvac pump I bought from Autozone looks just like the one on his site. Again, nothing special imo.

I don't think that it's intrinsically any safer than any other pump. It is potentially safer to use if you make appropriate use of the gauge and do not overpump. I don't care for the Kaplan cylinders due to the fact that they are tapered toward the head, and many find that causes problem with getting full shaft expansion.

Most cylinders fit the mity-vac coupling. Kaplan, Velseal, CTC, Vacutech will all fit. I would recommend the velseal for price, quality and workmanship.

pumping,DEFINATELY can get huge gains.the trick is always do the manual stretches before pumping.its a win win situation.

What is your routine?I use the basic stretching routine mentioned in the newbie section on this forum.the only differerence is i do 5minutes per stretch.then i pump for 1hour.i pump 5days a week and stretch 7.if you're beginning this routine,you may wanna begin with say one minute per stretch,and pump for 20minutes.
