I've recently found out here about the lot thoery and found out that mines is pretty high.I noticed gains while i been doing my exercises but not dramitic ones.Okay i found out here also that i need to do more donward stretches.I wanna know if i jelque downwards instead of pulling my dick straight out when i jelque--will this aid in the length gains that i want.
