Hi everyone. Just wanted to introduce myself. After lurking here for about a week, I've become very interested in PE, and will join the pay site after I'm done Christmas shopping.

At this point, I've got a couple questions. 1) If I put in 30 minutes a day, what's the best guess on how long it'd be until I meet my goals? 2) How uncomfortable is the process? Only outright pain would dissuade me from continuing, but I would like to have a notion of the discomfort so that I know what's normal.

Thanks in advance, and I especially thank DLD for starting and running the site.

Welcome wants9, use the newbie exercise program lited on this forum. You will encounter some discomfort at first, there should be pain involved unless you go to far. As far as reaching your goals, some get there quick while others go slow. Everyone is different. You didn't state you staring stats or goals either. A good place to list them is in the progress area. I suggest you start with that. Good luck with your PE Adventure.

Hi Mowinman, and thanks for the welcome.

My stats are in my signature, but I'm guessing you have them turned off so I'll post them in the message body.

Beginning stats:
4.5 NBPE
5.9 BPE
4.75 EG

Goals:
9.25 NBPE
6.5 EG

I'll also post 'em in the progress area as you suggested.

Your goals are obtainable and possibly more if you have the dedication to PE.

I would definatly agree with mowinman, he knows whats up with pe. All you have to remember is be consistant and don't stop, if you get a little discouraged change up your routine, there is no limit to the gains you can get from pe.

Thanks, guys. I don't doubt that I can reach my goals. There's to many people around these parts that have posted big gains, and done so without economic motivation, for it to be a lark.

As far as sticking with it, it helps to be a tightwad in my case. I wouldn't even consider putting down my $50 unless I was dead-set on carrying through with the program 110%.

I saw the newbie routine at the top of the forum, but I think I'll wait a few days until I can see the video of them. We're talking about my favorite appendage here, and I want to make sure I do things just right.
