Hi, I've been browsing here and found mixed answers, so I'm gonna try narrow it down into some questions I hope you can help me with.

1. What kind of initial gains can I expect?

2. What kind of gains could I expect after 1month? 3months? 6months?

(By the way, for those 2 questions, I'd probably have time for a 30-60min session 3-4 times a week.)

3. How long do the gains last initially? How long do they last after, say 3months?

4. Is the idea of a pumping session for temporary gains to enhance sex afterward possible? If so, is this something that I can expect initially or will it need some building up to?

5. (Sort of connected to 4.) I've read a mild session can improve sex, whereas harder sessions without a cockring result in a limp, squishy penis. Firstly, is this correct? Secondly, what kind of increase is implied by 'mild session'.

Cheers.

1. No real initial gains.

2. Considering you keep with it, probably at least a solid .5" girth, maybe with some length gains. Some people find pumping is their sweetspot for gains.

3. Don't last but 5 minutes initially. After 3 months, maybe 12 hours. The thing here is that a moderate pumping routine WILL NOT add a crazy amount of temp gains, although it does leave it slightly inflated, noticeable, but not much.

4. Yes. It will probably immediately make sexual things feel better. Vacuum causes the nerves in the penis to be very sensitive. It feels better to have sex after a light or moderate pump workout, as you are more sensitive. Also, this has another positive effect, since you are being stimulated moreso with a pump than with your hands, it will help you last longer when you are having real sex. A pump feel SO GOOD if you are water pumping. It's like having your whole cock being deepthroated and sucked on at the same time. That's the best way I can describe it. Water is the only way to go, I don't get this effect with dry pumping.

5. Never go over 4 hg and/or 30 minutes max (as a more advanced pumper too) and you shouldn't have to worry about this too much. However, 30 minutes is the extreme, only advanced pumpers should try this, I don't even do this because it doesn't allow me to have the best of erections. Also, you should never need to go over 4 hg. I'm finding that after months of pumping 3 sets of 15 mins at around 3 hg (plus or minus 1 hg throughout the session) is doing some good for my penis repairing itself.

Thanks for the info, keep it coming.

(btw, questions 1 & 2 refer to temporary gains, not permanent.)
