Routine
100 synthetic jelqs, 50% erect
100 snythetic jelqs, 75% erect
15 Uli Jelqs 75-90% erect
3 sets 15 second horse squeezes
2 sets 30 second holds one set=(one holding bottom, one holding bottom and middle, one holding below head and bottom)
1 set head squeeze 60 seconds
2 sets erect bends
2 sets 30 sec holds concentrating on thinner area of penis to balance it out.

Thanks guys. I made those girth gains in honestly like a little over 2 weeks. My motto is more isnt better. My routine takes like 20 minutes 5 times a week.

Today the girth part of my routine was pretty amazing... I did a horse squeeze but when i squeezed the head, I decided to press towards the body and the penis basically became HUGELY thick although quite a bit shorter than usual. I am wondering if this is a smart thing to do to gain girth. Basically I just pressed the penis together while like 95% erect and it just ballooned out like crazy. I repeated for the lower part of my penis the same way. My diameter increased to at least 2" which is like 6.25 girth! I am 5 1/16 girth erect right now!

In morning after waking up: 1000 kegels. I do them fast and as hard as I can.
Routine update:
100 reps synthetic jelqs 50% erect
100 reps synthetic jelqs 75% erect
50(and working up) reps jelqing with one hand on base followed by other and repeat 75-90% erect but soft)
2 sets holds (one set= grip at base 30 seconds, grip base and below head 30 seconds, grip base and middle shaft 30 seconds)
3 sets horse squeeze 30 seconds
2 sets hold below head 60 seconds each
exercise (get erect, "swallow" breath and kegel. you can feel the penis move upward as the ligs are stretched. you then crank the penis in a circular motion 15 times to both the left and right. next stretch the penis and slap it against each thigh 15 times)
also: during warmdown do DLD's testicle massage
Do this routine 5-6 days a week.
