Who´s Bundling?

Who out of the member´s here who are focussing on the tunica are using bundled stretches?

If you are, how are your gains coming along?

I´m using bundled A-Stretches in my routine and only time will tell as to how I gain.

Ok so I got to ask I'm one of the %25. Does bundled mean doing DLD twisters?? If not then what are they?7
