maan guys im sooo new to this PE thing its not even funny....but ive been reading this forum for like the past 3 days and everyone seems cool as hell about everything and helping out.......im kind of slow with things but could this really work for me?

i got a bit over 5" almost at 6 and in doing this i wish to hit 7, 8 at the most....

but what im asking for is just some help....maybe someone thats willing to work with a beginner and explain what might sound like the simplest of things......i do have MSN messenger YAHOO messenger and AIM messenger.........so if anyone who is good with this PE thing wants to help me with conversations threw any of those....or even threw PM...i would really appreciate it.....thanks to anyone that can help!!

What you want to do is check out DLD's Newbie Routine (http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=1597) this will get you off to a good start. If there's anything else you'd like to know just ask, there are alot of people here who can help out

Welcome Incision, your goal in within reach. It does take time and dedication to achieve them. Months to years in some cases. PE is long term with small monthly rewards. Get started with the newbie routine. Take your time getting used to them, in the mean time, read old posts. There is a lot of information there. Good luck in your PE Adventure.

phase 1, 2, etc... are from the pay site. Use this routine until you feel like you are comfortable with the exercises and gradually build up the reps and intensity as you go, and possibly the addition of other more advanced techniques
