View Full Version : Must Kill Anxiety!!

I think I suffer from performance anxiety. For insantce, when my girl is suckin me off I can pretty much last as long as I want. But as soon as I start either thrusting in her mouth or pussy my heart rate kicks up and i can feel the anxiety and need to cum building up instantly. I can even relate this to school with tests. I can study all i possibly can, then choke on the exam. Even sports, Im a decent athlete but anxiety is killing my performance and ability to think properly. The only thing I have found to temporarily treat this is weed. but even that doesnt work all the time, sometimes it can make it worse. Are there any treatments or supplements i can take for this? I dont necesarily want to go on anti-depressants.

Hey man,

I'll throw in my five cent. Like everything on the internet, take it with a grain of salt.

First off, I've no problem with weed, but, in my expereince coaching athletes, weed is only counter productive. I mean dude, your anxiety "could" get worse smoking weed and you "could" have to rely on it to keep your anxiety under control. Which is a situation you really dont wanna be in! In my opinion, smoke weed well after you have sorted this stuff out and smoke it only for fun! - you should never "use" it.

Second, its worth checking your diet. I know people on here are probably sick of me saying this but diet effects most of whats going on in your body. Well, diet being such a large part of the enviornment you inhabit. Sleep would be a factor, sunlight another and exercise. If you live beside a mine (heavy metals etc) you might need to address that. What I'm saying is... life causes this stuff so take a look at your life, by and large we coudl all do with eating better.

SO basically: try get some balance in your life. 8 hours sleep a night, maybe a nap in the day (great for growth hormone). Eat 6 meals a day, a good balance of meat, fruit and vegtables. Especially bright fruits to brighten your day. Green and red apples, oranges, bananas, strawberries etc. - eat "goodness" because you are what you eat. Drink lots of water. Exercise at least 30 minutes a day. Maybe an hour 3 times a week.

Now that your body is functioning well, its clean and strong everything else will fall into place. Focus on your goals, focus on the end result. It's time to face the fact that women would much rather have sex with a confident capable, average man that a hung, insecure, poorly performing boy. I know, being hung leads to confidence etc but thats all for another day.


My main advice to beat anxiety during/pre sex...

Focus on your long term PE/sexual performance goal... and as part of your overall performance goal you need some training/warm up matches. So the next chick you meet focus on what fucking her is going to allow you to do down the road. Spend a long time with foreplay, do all the things you've read about, ware her out before you even start to fuck her... therefore it's her performance that is in question, not yours. Take your time.
Remember she is just a training match, think about the kind of women your gonna be fucking, and what you will be able to do to them...but first you've got to put the hours in.

Alright, that helps quite a bit. Im sure I could be eating healthier, especially more fruits. Overall I am a pretty healthy person though, I try to exercise almost everyday if I have time, I dont eat much junk food at all. Sleep could be an issue as I regularly get 6-7 hours every night. However you talk about "using" weed, and I have already been there, and I think it is the reason for my anxiety today. Im only 20 now, but as a young teen I would smoke weed everyday because I felt i needed it just to get by. Im now down to once every other week or so and only with my girlfriend when we wanna have some fun. Im pretty sure this anxiety started when I smoked weed heavily, and it never went away. I was talkin to a pharmacist and he said he has heard of people smoking laced weed and getting schizophrenia. That kind of scared me a bit cuz I never really knew where my weed came from. I hope that isnt the issue. Either way thanks for the help and I will take your advice into consideration, little bit of healthier eating and exercise sure wont hurt.
