DLD’s Crazy Girth Busters

Explanation:
These are a combination I have been developing over the past month. For girth I have done nothing more intense or productive. I think the combination of the Dry to Wet exercise is very important. I find that after the dry part of this routine, although temporary, I am at my largest girth. The succession of going directly into the Wet Jelq super sets seems to help distribute this girth evenly along my shaft. After the session I feel very accomplished. Although there are 4 exercises mentioned here they are done in combinations of super sets. Do these as I have written and watch your girth explode. I will get this routine on video in the next couple days too for the MOS site.


DRY PART
Dry DLD Dual Jelqs 10 ten second Jelqs
Isolated Compression Squeezes 1 sixty second squeeze
X 10 sets.

Then go directly into

WET PART
Set 1: 100 85% wet Jelqs
30 Second DLD Bend
x 4 sets

Dry Dual Jelqs
In a 90% erect state grab your penis by the glans. Take the other hand and grip around the extreme base. While jelqing hand forward push hand holding the glans towards the other hand. Each jelq should take 10 second. Switch hands after 10 jelqs.

Isolated Compression Squeezes
In a 95% erect state Kegel as march blood into penis as you can now trap this blood at the extreme base. With your other hand grab your penis just below the glans (head) Now with some good pressure push these hands together so the area between the hands is compressed. Once in a compressed state make small rotary movements to the penis in space between your hands. Do this for a 60 second count.

DLD Bends
In a 90% erect state grip penis at extreme base with left hand and right below the head with the other hand. Once a good solid grip is made slight arch the penis. Once in this state you will want to roll the blood between the hands in a slinky type movement. This should be done for 30 seconds.

This looks like a great routine. I've been in Phase II of DLD's program and I've noticed that when I'm flaccid, I'm a lot fuller than normal. I just started Phase II recently so I'm not going to measure, but it feels good. I think the compressed squeezes are really great. I'm gonna try this routine tonight and see how it goes.

I just did this EXTREME !!!!! girth routine and the first thing I have to say is 4governa,I am sorry that I had doubts when you first posted your results using this routine for 7 days. Second, I really think this is the Holy Grail of girth routines, definately not for newbies. By the time I into the fourth set of the wet part of this routine I was really fatigued and had to work hard to keggle enough blood in between every jelq. I keggled before each jelq throughout the whole session but the last set was particularly harder due to fatigue which IMO is fucking fantastic, talk about a pump! Also when doig the wet jelqs, I stopped at just below the glans, squeezed, keggled, then followed through with the next jelq until the previous hand slid off over the glans. Jelqing like this kind of gave me good expansion in the shaft. Immediately following this routine although temporary as DLD mentions in the opening post I was hanging thicker, heavier, and also a little longer. You guys have to get into this routine!! Don't forget, I had my doubts, but not anymore!! Acer, did you try this out? What are your first impressions?

WaxN, you will also be benefiting length from the wet portion of this workout. I really think this workout is going to be the stepping stone for many men to break girth barriers. It has worked for me so far and any one that I know use it. I think it is so effective not only because of the exercise but also the combination. I really hope more men embrace this routine as it is incredible.

I have tried this and as most people around here feel, I think it's awesome. Definite pump, very very fatiguing on the unit, but I believe that's the key. Really good shit, if you ask me.

*SHAMELESS BUMPING*

No really I just wanted to update the Girth Buster Fans with my progress. I took about 4 days off from any type of girth work. I needed sometime to re-cooperate after all the video I shot last week. Anyway, being the obsessive compulsive I am, I was convinced I would lose girth from this short break. Today was my first day back to the grind and WOW...my shit looks great! I did an extended session today...30 minutes on the Dual Dry Jelqs supersetted with compression squeezes and then I spent another 30 minutes wet jelqing supersetted with bend and compression squeezes. I felt like an extra large Ball Park Frank, Plumps when you jelq it:D I had a very decent 6.76 to 7 inches mid-shaft between the two sessions. This has got to be the best Girth Training Routine available, for me anyways. I can't wait to do it tomorrow. Oh, by the way, Jen is going to shoot video of the routine tomorrow to those who are interested.

It is a really good routine (I've modified it slightly to my taste though), and I gained about 0.3" in girth in the first week I did this. The only thing negative I've noticed is that there's some fluid buildup under the skin if you I do it 3 days in a row. Perhaps the intensity, which is staggering, is a bit too much for continuous use.

Everyone should. I just finished a hour long session and I feel as thick as Chilé:D At this rate I will hit my girth goals before length. This is a huge change for me because length is usually so much easier.

First,..just want to say how much I appreciate your useful advice, and that you also offer some help for free members.:)

I intend to incorporate these Girth Busters into my routine next week,..so just a couple of small questions I hope that you or anybody else can answer.

1) How much permanent size increase do you feel that you have gained due to this girth routine?

2) At the moment I have about 5" erect girth,...if I do this exercise correctly, how much would you expect my girth to temporarily increase to ...after a workout using this routine?
An extra inch, maybe?
(Just trying to find a way to figure out if I'm doing the routine correctly when I start)

I hope somebody can let me know how much of a pump they get from this, in inches...
From the sounds of it, people here seem to be actually seeing a great pump. Something I've found difficult to get using other techniques, since I started a couple of months back.

Red, No doubt when your ready this will get you to 8. I think girth beyond 7 is such a rarity in PE. I only know a few non-pumpers who have made this incredible size. I believe in if anything can give you the big 8 it is Girth Busters. I feel as strongly about Girth Busters for Girth as I do DLD Blasters for length.

Maybe .25" since I started them. I have been revising the workout to maximize the time spent. After the workout I can't get my hand around my penis.

I do it daily. As I said earlier my finished version of this exercise with play a big role in the new Phase 4 of the MOS Program. This workout is very intense and anyone doing these should be extremely careful.

When you say grip at extreme base, what hand position do you mean? Is it palms down, (or palm facing the body?)... 'cause if it is, that grip doesn't seem to work for me. It doesn't trap blood like the reverse grip I use to clamp off (back of hand snug up against fat pad, palm facing outwards).
For example, the grip that Gandolf uses in his DLD bend video... that way don't work for me... the grip he used in the Uli video.. that's the one that works for me....just how awkward do you think it'll be to try to do these moves that way?

I think it is definetly worth it...even as a modified version. For me NOTHING Trains girth more thoroughly than this combination of exercise. I trained the dry portion of this exercise for 60 minutes yesterday and today...I WAS BLOWN AWAY BY THE GIRTH! I was looking down at my cock and it did not look like mine, it looked so much thicker.

Ya know, I really can't "grasp" those dry jelqs. Not only did they feel like they were doing nothing, they kinda hurt my skin on top of that. I know I'm doing them wrong, but damn my hands drag down that shaft! Doesn't feel good at all.

Now the wet part, that I could handle. My shaft was covered in tiny red spots after all those squeezes. They usually go away after a little while, but does that mean I'm getting somewhere?

You're not alone,.....nope, me neither.

I can get the feeling that something is working with normal dry jelqs,...but these "Dual" jelqs just aren't working.

Maybe I'm just not doing them right.
If you have to jelq your tourniqet hand forward, blood has to escape somewhere. It can't all go into your penis, because if it did then your penis would nearly double in size.
I think that although I have a tight grip, a lot of blood in the erection has to go back into your body.

When you do a normal dry jelq, you don't have the opposing force of your non-tourniquet hand pushing blood backwards down your shaft,..you're just pushing outwards only.

So I try this double hand dual jelq, and after a few seconds I can feel my penis getting soft, and it appears that all the penis compressed between my hands is mainly skin.

Having said that, the compressed squeezes are very effective. Maybe because you're not pushing your tourniquet hand forwars, it feels more solid and secure.

I obviously need to find a good substitute for the dual jelqs,...but apart from them, I feel I'm getting there.:)

Maybe you can try jelqing one hand at a time. I've been trying that as an alternative (but I did it because the pressure for the dual jelqs felt like I would burst). Just get the double grip going, o-grip at the base and the other just below the head, and then jelq first down with your top hand holding the trapping grip at the base tight. Then, reset and kegel in some blood. Jelq from the base up to the head, still with both o-grips tight. I usually try for 3-4 reps in each direction before stopping to work up my erection again.

The reason I ask the second question,..is that when some people say they get a great pumped size,..I have no real concept of what a great pumped look, appears like.

If I get an idea, then I can make a good guess if I'm doing the exercises correctly or not.

It's tricky for me because I suffer from a certain level of ED. So I have big problems maintaining blood in my penis. Keeping some force of blood in my penis is difficult,...so I'm concerned that I will have big problems trying to do girth exercises as effectively as other people....

....which leads me to the question I asked in the last post,....

3) Can you recommend a good alternative the the dual/double dry jelq?

Because my tourniquet hand is jelqing forward,..and I fear that the pressure is forcing blood into the penis,...but as it goes further forward a limit is reached, and my tunica can't stretch anymore,
...So any further forward movement from my jelqing tourniquet hand is just forcing blood backwards through the tiny space in the grip of my tourniquet hand back into my body, as it's nowhere else to go.

I hope I made sense there,...I hope you know what I mean.

Hope you can help me out with these questions, DLD.

I get a temp. pump of close to .75" after a serious session. To be honest I sometimes do a set of these right before sex for the temp. gain:)

Well any of the other girth exercises are an option; ie, squeezes, ulis, wet jelqs, etc. The only girth exercise that works very good for me is compression squeezes.

Godsize, when you do dry jelqs, your hand does not slide over the skin. The skin should slide down the shaft though. The result is that you will have some skin bunched up in front of your grip at the end of each stroke. Wet jelq allow the grip to slide over the skin.

i just recently tried to do those dual jelqus with my vasaline. and they seem to be a little more affective. but i'm still scared about loosing my length gains. i noticed that when i started to do the girth busters it seemed like i was gaining girth but i was loosing length. i was at over 9 and then i went to about 8.75. i did an intense work out after that though of wet jelqus the next day. and it was back up to the origional mark. is there a way you can do this without loosing length????? if so please tell me because i wanna gain some girth.

sup samzman, its suprising to hear of someone losing length from gaining girth, ive always heard the opposite, losing girth from streaching for length. But i would suggest maybe adding more wet jelqs to the routine, try to pull it out while your doing them a little too. Or, you could do some streaching early in the day, and then girth busters later in the day. I still think streaching is more likely to take away girth, than girth busters take away length.

I think too much of length exercise or girth over the other may contribute to an unbalanced result. I can assure you that Girth Busters will not hinder length gains as long as your length routine is strong enough. I have consistently grown in length and girth.

I just started doing girth busters and all I can say is WOW! My girth is 4.6 with a 100% erection. After this workout, it was near 4.75 and I was at about a 60% erection. This was the most intense workout I've had so far. Girth is the main reason I started PE'ing and I think I've found my favorite excersize!

Definitly adding it to the routine!

Man I have tried these the last week and a half and I already have noticed some gains :). Probably like a 1/8 but for girth even 1/64 is good lol. The bigger it is the better.

I also experienced a 1/16" girth in just a few sessions! It took me a month to gain 1/8 of an inch in my first month, so I was really happy. These are by far the best exercises for girth!

If this makes any sense, I like the type of girth gains I am getting with these. It is more dense than other girth gains I have made. My penis, when erect, is so solid, there is no softness to it.

Ya those girth excercises are INSANE!, right after the session i get to bout 6.25 in the middel and 6.75 at the shaft, but so far permanent gain took me from 5.5 to 5.75 first routine on girth that has worked for me so thanks DLD. On my days off though i wake up with really hard erections so hard it sumtimes hurts(probably cuz it doesnt go down for a couple hrs), maybe im doing sumthin wrong. If so id like to know

i don't know. but latelyi have been having VERY LITTLE time to do this routine (sometimes i'll do it in the shower for about 10 mins) but then i notice that my dick feels looser and rounder after i do it. i wish i had more time to work on it.

well i AM getting paid today, my boss fucked me over 3 times with my pay check. damn bitch

so i'm gonna cash the check and get the money in because i want my gains and i know that DLD can help me.

Where can i get videos of the techniques used in the Girth Busters Routine i dont really understand the DLD Dual Jelq, or the DLD Bends.

DLD I just have to say that these Crazy Girth Busters are the greatest thing ever invented in PE. I dont think I have ever gained so much in girth in such a short time. You are a god in pe and to us all :). Thanks for all your efforts we all really appreciate helping us all out.

Thanks, everyone who does these seems to love them. I can't wait to get the video for them up on the site. I am really hoping to get to Florida this month and shoot it and the rest of Phase 4. We'll see.

Similar but not the same. The major difference is the 60 second count above the jelq count of 10 seconds. The other difference, as you stated, is the rotary movement.

I grab just below the head but I think either way would be just as effective. As far as being effective without the wet part, it would be effective but it would not be the Girth Busters.

The Dual Dry Jelqs are awesome for girth. I think the full Girth Buster workout is better but if you only do the one part it will still give you results.

I have tried just about every conceivable girth exercise with out any gains E.g been pumping for nearly a year using avocet8's routine ,mixing post pump sessions with horses,pans ,dry jelq,wet jelq,squeezes and the DLD horse variation.And all i seem to get is fluid bloat and discoloration,tried taking varied workout durations and rest days to see if that would make a difference all to no avail.I must have the worlds most toughest tunica.But i will try DLD's new girth busters and keep you posted as this might be what i need .

not to be an ass or anything, but we get guys asking terminology all the time. Try the search feature at the top, or read up a ton, it will help you get into the loop. A jelq is one of the first thing a novice PE'er learns, go look it up. Its probably in the "Newbie" forum. Good Luck.

DLD, I don't completely understand how to do the Dual Dry Jelq.

My interpretation from reading your description of the exercise is this:

1. Get 85% erect.
2. Hold the penis with one hand by the head.
3. With the other hand, do a dry jelq up the shaft while pushing down but not moving the hand holding the head.

After moving the jelqing hand up the penis, do you reverse direction and jelq back down the penis to the base?:gluedtosc

No, when I get to the top I let go, kegel as much blood as I can then just start the next stroke.

Just so im sure. With the dual dry jelqs you always jelq from the base up to the head right then let go kegel and do it again. You dont jelq from the head down ever do you? im just getting a little confused readint everyones interpretations and stuff.

For the wet portion you will be doing 100 wet jelqs followed by a DLD Bend for 30 seconds. That is one set, do 4-5 of these.

i am up to 5.75 girth at midshaft (was at 5.5) and now at 6 at my base (5.75 before) but the upper shaft just under my head has not seen any gains. Any suggestions?

kaus, On Dry Dual Jelqs try moving your upper hand on to your glans instead of just below it. This will hit the area just below your head.

I got into this to help men get a bigger penis and deal with insecurities. I want my exercises to be available to everyone rich or poor. I have the member-site because I feel people will support this cause by joining. If I were a better businessman I would not do this, I would charge for everything like many of the the people online do but I really don't care about money as long as I can pay the bills. I think that everyone deserves to have access to this shit. There is no doubt that the paysite is extremely helpful with all the bells and whistles but finance should never be an obstacle in penis enlargement. My critics have always said I did this for the money and I laugh at them. I have always been available to anyone as have my exercises.

Don't get me wrong...I am dirt poor and need money desperately so every bit of support is so appreciated.

I could not stay erect enough and it did not feel like I was accomplishing anything so I STOPPED. I stopped and tried again later in the day. My second session was incredible and it felt great. The reason I am saying this is I want people to know that it is ok if a workout is not going great, it is ok to stop and wait, it is ok to try again. I think many of us get wrapped up in the negativity of a bad session and it can ruin our whole day. Sometimes it is better to walk away and hit it later in a better frame of mind.[U]

Instead of doin the compression squeezes exactly like it says on the paysite do a big uli then slide your hand up toward the head until the pressure is too great to go any further then rotate just like in the compression squeez for 60 sec. I just thought this might be a good idea because my upper shaft girth is around 5.5 and my base is at 6.25 so I have a little catching up to do. What do you guys think?

Sounds powerful. As long as you are reaching maximum expansion with each GIRTH routine you are on the right track. The way you describe it sounds like you are doing that.

To be honest, I exclusively do the dry portion of GIRTH BUSTERS because of time restraints. I have no set count I simply do a dual dry jelqs and DLD Bends and Isolated Compression squeezes mixed up to give me the best possible engorgement.

Sounds intense! I love the dry portion of GIRTH BUSTERS. As I said earlier, I really have no set time periods for sets as my only goal is maximum expansion. I mentally and physically reach the best expansion each and every time I do them. If I feel as though I did not get this I will wait and do them again.

People tend to say that girth for them is usually just temporary swelling and this discourages them. It really shouldn't because gaining girth is about daily, temporary engorgement. Over time, and people like me who have trouble gaining girth it could be a while, the temporary girth becomes bigger and bigger until numbers are cemented. I started PE with a girth of 4.75" today I can get to 7+" after a workout with a cemented size (measured cold with no girth work for 48 hours) of between 6.5" and 6.75" and I am a hard gainer.

I think you could ease into it and see how it feels. There are no real "TIMES" in PE it is basically when the user has built a solid foundation and become comfortable with basic PE exercise and their own penis limits. I have always encouraged people to remain with any PE routine, as long as it is working, until it no longer yields gains. The biggest thing about PE people need to realize is that there is no rush and that it is a long term commitment.

One of the reasons i'm asking is that i often get the small red dots when i do "hard" girth work. Just thought that 2 months would be enough for me to start some more hardcore routines if you will.

I think my first 2 years in PE got me to 5.5 (post workout girth-midshaft) Into my third year is when I started going this routine (changed it over the past 6 months) but it was GIRTH BUSTERS that got me to 6" inches of girth. I can go a few days now with no PE and still stay above 6.5"

Also, what do you mean by rotary movements in the compression squeezes? Like your ringing out a towel type movement? The reason I ask is because I have the dreaded red spots after some intense PE and wanted to do some stretching and girth stuff only...thanks

Hi everyone. I'm new to this site I just registered this morning. My sole perpose for starting a P.E workout is to increase my girth .5 inches with an ideal goal of gaining 1inch onto my existing girth. I don't know if can be done or not but I have my heart set on this working for me.

3-5 sets of isolated compression squeezes at 30 secounds .
Then go ahead and do the full 100 wet jelqs,and the DLD bends at 30 secounds.

If i follow this plan as a newbie am I on my way to a meatier manhood?

I suggest following the Newbie Routine (http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?t=1597) for a while first. Most guys, who are new, make great gains using that routine. I only suggest someone moves on to the other Phases after he has exhausted newbie gains.

You can also join the MEMBERS SITE (http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html) to get even more structure to your training and a more comprehensive layout (video, dialogue, illustrations, etc.)

Thanks for your responce and the advice. I went ahead and got ahold of the newbie routine you suggested ,and I'll go with it for a few months.
previously when I started jelqing for the first ,i noticed that hair was starting to travel upthe base of my penis were it never grew before. Since I stoped jelqing after 3weeks of it last summer the hair still grows there. So I just shave it back.

Why does hair seem to start growing up the base, Is it jelqing and stretching related ?,and if i keep jelqing/stretching will it get WORSE as the hair will start growing even FURTHER up the base ?

A responce back would be greatly apprieciated.

This is the best sign that PE is working. The skin will stretch prior to the tissue but this is usually necessary to accommodate the new tissue growth. Get handy with a razor:)
