I'd recommend the pump from harbor freight. If you attach the water bucket type thing then you can water pump safely. Buy it here: Harbor Freight Tools - Quality Tools at the Lowest Prices (http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/ctaf/displayitem.taf?Itemnumber=92474)
Also, you can either make your own pump or buy one. I'm in the process of making my own right now:
1 aquarium gravel vacuum cleaning tube 10x2 which is $11
1 can of plastidip which is like $5
So you can have a complete working pumping set up for $11 + $5 + $25 at the most for shipping of that pump (unless you buy it at a Harbor Freight store, which it'll be $17) = less than $50.
Or you can go to sites like lapdist or vacutech or pumptoys and buy a cylinder for $90+, with a pump $135+ (which ISN'T water compatible!).
Water pumping definitely is the shizknit.

I kinda wanted a more official pump...Thanks though that should get the job done...but where can I get decent cylinders? Oh and would it be better to get an actual penis pump and just attach a little catch bottle thing??:( I dunno, for now youve shown me the tools I need except cylinders, where can I get not cheaply made ones but you know, like regular ones?

The problem with Kaplan tubes is that they taper toward the head, which means that you may wind up 'packing' the cylinder at the head (glans) before you've gotten full expansion of the shaft.

The metal pump that 10inchadvantage cites from Harbor Freight is a good one. I have both the Harbor Freight pump and a plastic Mityvac, and while the Mityvac is still working, the Harbor Freight pump wins hands down for cost, quality and long term durability.

The Harbor Freight pump is the same pump sold by some of the major pump vendors. It's just priced several times less.

Look at the picture of the pump and accessories. There is a plastic cup thing that you attach which keeps the water from going into the pump. You can get a good gravel tube at PetCo or any store like it.
