I see all these pictures of people pumping to 7in girth, filling the pump tube. I am pumping right now for 30 minutes and its still not filling the tube. My tube is 7in at the base, 6 in at the top. My penis is 5.5in girthx7in length.

How long do I need to pump to fill this bad boy up!?

If you try to do it without "naturally" getting there with proper work out procedure, then it'll take you maybe two or more hours to fully expand in the tube. You'll have a shitload of lymph fluid buildup though. It'll be squishy instead of hard. This is not the way to pump daily.

However, you'll start to pack the tube after months of training. Slowly your penis will expand a little more every time you go to pump. Start out doing 4 x 10 minute low pressure (2-3 hg) sets at least 4 times a week. Do this for the next few weeks slowly adding another set, up to 6. Then once you get to 6 x 10 for a few weeks, go to 4 x 15 minute sets. Increasing time, not pressure, seems to be the best way to make gains. You shouldn't ever have to go past 5" hg.

I would second 10inchadvantage on his recommendation on a routine, and would add the suggestion that you might want to consider a short set of jelqs between pumping sets. So, maybe 10 minutes of pumping and 50 jelqs; then another 10 minutes of pumping and another 50 jelqs, and so on.

Great advice. Jelqs (or clamping for advanced PEers) seems to jive perfectly with pumping. The best clamping sets I ever had were when I would pump inbetween the sets.

Well, if you're talking packing the tube as in what the guys over at tigerpump do then just work your way up the pressure scale and you'll pack any sized tube you can imagine. If you're talking about using the pump for PE purposes then I would say keep your pressures low and your sets at 10 minutes per set in tube, and then I'd jelq from 50 reps at the beginning and work my way up to 100 in a few weeks time. You'll gain from that routine very readily but just like any method pumping still requires plenty of time and some rest days as well.
