currently I am 18 and want to be more outgoing and the center of attention or life of the party whom everyone wants to meet, But I need some help. I pretty much want to be a rounded person and a very sociable person. How would some one achieve this? Would you start off with meeting more people? Im not sure. What do some of you more outgoing guys do? And another thing, How come when im with one of my friends I can be really outgoing but when im with other ppl sometimes im more quiet and not as sociable...? I dont want it to be like that, I want it to be where I can just go up to any one and be able to have a long conversation with them. Hmmm what should I do?

Sounds like you are acting like yourself around your friends who know you but you reserve yourself around others. Probably because you care what they may or may not think of you. Just be yourself and do what you want. If someone doesn't like you then fuck them. If you can be yourself around everyone it makes things a lot more enjoyable. Easier said than done.

Been there done that. Key is to practice a lot and try to meet new people everyday. Doesn't mean you have to be grabbing a number everyday but strike up some conversation with a random person and you will see your social status improving and you will feel a lot more comfortable around others.

If you want to be more social, you have to allow and learn to be just yourself. When you're with your friends you are more relaxed. Which allows you to be yourself. Don't go into the a place acting like you own the place, act like you don't care who owns the place and enjoy the people there. Be confident and pleasant and remember, to always be respectful no matter where you are.
