As the title asks. What do you fellows do to cultivate this virtue?

Just take it day by day is what i have found through the years of weight training and athletics. Wake up, refreshed form some sleep, set the time for the routine, do it, have fun with it, enjoy it, make it something you look forward to at the moment you wake up. Thats my approach hope it gives some insight

J.Derrida why you ask such a question?

I struggled with self-discipline for years and I usually did everything on impulse and mostly under the wire. I finally came up with something that works for me.

I have to stay organized and create a routine and schedule tasks I want to accomplish, otherwise I will just blow it off watching TV or surfing the Net and basically doing nothing all day. I write a list of tasks that I want complete. I keep a log on how long things take from start to finish, track the progress and accomplishments and completed goals.

I read many a book on this subject and find one that finally did it for me.
