after doing kegels then streaching (manualy) jelqing .i would then vacume pump(may be to much) swelling penis then jelqing know full erections are harder to get . and did i hurt myself ?will rest help

Firstly you shouldn't be pumping without a gauge. Yes, seems that you just tired your penis out. Give it a few weeks off of the pumping at the minimum.
