I lied. :blahblah:

Oh wait, they never mentioned the black rappers that dissed white chicks, black chicks, asian people, etc.

I hate Ray Benzino.
Why are you going to bring up something that was done over 15 years ago? It would be one thing if he just said it, but damn, it was YEARS ago.
Side note, this probably belongs in "Deep Thoughts".
AHA! You wanted to find out the size of Eminem's penis!

I already went on www.thesource.com and had a huge debate in there defending Eminem and bashing Benzino, he is a hypocritical, lame excuse for a rapper, and people don't respect him in his OWN city
I agree, it was years ago, when he was 16 years old, they weren't even that offensive
he said
"Don't date black girls, cuz black girls will screw you for your money" and shit like that and they try to call him racist and bring him down. Fuck that.

I think they divulge the size of Eminem's pecker on that Metal Sludge site... so if any fanboys are interested, check it out.
I heard Eminem might get questioned by the Secret Service, because in one of his new unfinished song, he says something like "I dont give a fuck about dead presidents, but I sometimes I wish the President was dead".
"Don't make this right now a double standard," Benzino said at the press conference. "We gotta treat this the same way you treat Mike Tyson, like you treat Kobe Bryant, like you treat R. Kelly, like you treat O.J. Simpson."
lol this guy is retarded
Some white guy says something innapropriate, so we have to treat him like a rapist, another potential rapist, a child sex offender, and a potential murderer.

All those guys that Ray Benzino mentioned were in completely different situations than Eminem. That quote just shows how retarded and racist Benzino is.

or shrewd . . . if the guy is a publisher he's just trying to sell more magazines. i doubt if a millionare magazine mogul cares one way or another about exposing eminem's sordid past . . . but he knows making a huge fuss about it is good publicity. obviously he's already tried to paint himself as a bad guy by making himself into a foil for the most popular rapper that ever lived.
it's not going to hurt eminems career any, it's just a clever ploy, and it exposes one of the many interesting levels of hypocrisy and duality that exist in hip-hop in general, but especially with eminem, which is why i think he's so fascinating to people. the myriad of contradictions . . .

Well yeah, plenty of people have tried to attach themselves to Eminem (or anyone famous for that matter) like a leech so that they themselves will become more famous by somehow being connected to him.
Like if someone "disses" him on record, Eminem will come back and tear them apart lyrically, thus creating a huge buzz and selling more stuff.
How real or staged it really is, I'll never know, but it definitely does boost sales because most people are cheap and petty and they love those back and forth dissing sessions with all the "beefing" and such. I'm guilty of liking it too. I think some of Eminem's best work is done when he's tearing somebody apart on a track. I think a lot of that shit is staged too, like a TV wrestling drama or some shit, but ya never know...
Any cheap trick you pull to sell shit in Hip Hop will work since the record buying public on the whole are just sheep. They'll buy whatever you tell them to. It's too easy.

Benzino is pretty damn pathetic. Diss tracks that eminem made like "Nail in the coffen" totally rip Benzino who is well a second rate rapper.
Benzino is also half white I believe. So him dissing eminem should be taken with a grain of salt. It's pretty obvious if you look past the bullshit that Benzino is a leach on eminem's ass, his latest big news makers involved him talking about and dissing eminem.
I think Eminem is a second rate rapper. There are so many white rappers that are better than he is. None of them really mainstream though. Which is good because when something becomes popular, it becomes all about money. He wouldnt be anywhere without the credibility given to him by Dre.

Yes credibility is important and without Dre's name on it he wouldn't be where he is, but is that about talent or people judging him? Take this for example without Eminem's credibility where would 50 cent be?
I don't have really passionate feelings about any of it too much, rap not hip hop has gone down a bit that is known period. Though I can easily see that Benzino is pretty lame..period.

Benzino is a talentless poser. I'm not even a hip hop head and I know that.
And what's so talentless about Eminem? I think he writes good lyrics and a good cadence. Guys like Eminem make it seem so easy to rap because he's so good at it, but c'mon... Eminem's not talented? No way.
The only other white rapper I really enjoy listening to is NECRO.
I'm not that big on hip hop...rap...whatever... most of it (like 99%) SUCKS ASS.
The more of a bloated parody of itself hip hop becomes, the more it's fans love it. A what a world we live in.
Whatever happened to fucking MUSIC?! You know, where a few dudes get together with instruments and make up songs that are original and good?
I guess there's no more ideas left anymore. We live in the age of the REMIX and the SEQUEL. And the public eats that shit up.

i'm not really a big eminem fan, i think he's talented but already tapped out. i also agree with nexus that there are plenty better who don't have any exposure.
one thing about eminem is that he's a cultural lighting rod, not a particularly interesting one all the time, but at least he is provocative in some way. not enough of that around these days. pop culture is stagnant, all this i love the 80s retro craze and other sub-genre fixation just shows that culture is stagnant. the revolution is never exciting when it goes mainstream, but in the 60s and early 70s, even when rock and roll was emerging in the 50s, there was a vibrancy and sense of adventure that i think has gone extinct. at least so my parents tell me.
the only thing that sells in youth markets today is recycled and programmed anger, alienation, or mindless bubblegum. it's either rage or catatonia, not one idea to be found.
I'd say that 99% of rap sucks ass, I'll give you that. But there is so much underground hip-hop that only people who like the underground know about. They rhyme about real shit and use real emotions. No bling-bling, no Mercedes.

What I wanna know is:
Where the hell did Benzino come from? Why is he now referred to as the "Co-Founder" of the Source? He was nowhere around 15 years ago or however long it was that the Source came out. It was David Mays and some other guy. Then a few years ago, Benzino was revealed to be a part owner. Now all of a sudden he is a Founder? Um. I dont think so. Maybe he is David mays lover or something. I never have understood in the rapworld how all these shady hangers-on somehow become owners of things.

Yeah, I'll bet there are MANY gay thugs out there in the Hip Hop world. I mean, there's so goddman MANY of 'em...not ALL of them can be straight, ya know?
I like to call 'em Homie-sexuals.
