About a week ago I received my BIBhanger and I spent the whole day experimenting around with wrapping, hanger stttings etc.
Because of my low LOT I´m gonna hang OTS and SO.To get the job done I use a lat pulley machine.
The last 4 days I got all the setting right and the hanger is almost 100% comfortable. The weight I use at the moment is about 17.5 lbs (the weight slay is about 10 lbs).
I´ve been able to do 10! sets of 20 minutes yesterday.I plan on doing at least 6-9 sets each day.
Do you guys think this is a good starting weight? I know that it would be for BTC,but what about OTS and SO.
Yesterday I had to reduce the weight for the last 2 sets because the pressure was getting too high.
After 5 days of hanging for at least 2 hours a day I think the BIBhanger is the coolest piece of equipment on the planet.
I also have a nice fatigue feeling in my whole shaft especially during my jelq session.
Hopefully I get that extra inch or two when I´m able to stick to my routine.
