Power assist uk delivery

hi i recently ordered a power assist and was sent an email saying it was it due to be shipped on the 21/08/07, it had a line saying your tracking information is: .... but with nothing there? i had a jelq device delivered and despatched on the 21st and i have allready recieved! i sent email to matters of size and still no reply!!! anyone else had the same problem!

yeah so have i i heard of this one guy waiting like months and then dld saying thats not rite and i assume sortred it out. i dont wanna be like that keeping quiet and waiting for ages. if i had my label number for the usps id phone up and complain to them but i didnt get given one! oh and as you can tell by my post it didnt get delivered today either. i get what ur saying pandora i am prob bein a bit impatient but i had another item despatched the same day 21st of 8th 2007 and i recieved ages ago. fucking usps they should have actual tracking not confrirmed delivery crap cus if its already delivered then i wouldnt need it well thats for the usps forum, if there is one. ill check tomorrow which is sat if not ill be vexxed

I had a problem receiving my PA, and posted a couple of times, and e-mailed a couple of times, and then I PM'd DLD.
First time he contacted the shipping dept. But still no PA. So I PM'd DLD again, and this time I got my order. E-mail doesn't work, or it is just ignored. I've tried a couple of times to find out why I am not allowed to view some posts, but still no response. PM DLD, he responds quickly. You'll get results.

mon still no power assist, anyone in the uk thinking of buying a power assist i would strongly recomend not doing so, customer sevice is crap they dont answer my emails dld dosent answer his personal messages!

this board exists for a long long time, I don't think it would if they were mugging people.. just stay patient and I'm sure you'll get answered.

Nobody's getting ripped off just a shipping mishap combined with limited access time to check up on all the posts/PM's.

I don't process the orders but if you send your order info to me via PM I will get it to the right place. All orders go out, sometimes it takes longer because there is one guy doing all of the order processing but never fear that I would rip you off.

Dude, I told you that I would resend the order and I did this. Your original order may have gotten lost at customs or some other mess up but you will get your order. 1 PM is sufficient, sending me 20 in a row will just piss me off.
