Cable Clamp Routine Question

Can Someone post a short easy routine? I'd apprecaite it, that would be great!! I have been scouring the posts and trying to piece something together to no avail. I must not be in the right frame of mind today. Thanks in advance

I just put up a very good picture demo thread in the picture proof forum. That's basically what I'm doing for girth now with pics for details.
