I have spoken with a few people about this and wanted feedback from anyone with experience.
I have worked my clamping up to be able to do one 30 minute set. However my next set usually is only 10 minutes. I have experimented with different routines and find doing something like 6 x 10 minute sets with 3-5 min jelq / edge rest inbetween seems to give me the most expansion throughout the workout.
Could this be possible and work well for me or should i continue with the longer sets? it seems many people have had great gains doing extended sets...
