Aside from the obvious pain while getting the tat... imagine what the healing process must've been like?

I don't think it would have to be hard for the tattoo, just really stretched out. It would bleed too much if the dude had a hard on...how the fuck could anyone keep it up anyway? Even with Viagra? i would say it is a combination of real tats and some paint to show what the finished piece will be. the pics are obviously taken at different times, as there are substantial differences between the two, i think the first is all paint, there is some work done on the second.

the guy's legs are also totally shaved in the second pic, so it is clearly at a different time.

Many tattoos are completed over multiple sessions, that could easily explain the differences. Imagine PE with that though, hehe the dragon is growing.
