View Full Version : Ouestion about using pumping with clamping
Hi, I've been clamping - with some success I think - for about a year and a half and I now stand at about 7x6+, a size I'm satisfied with, - but like many others - would like a bit more. I just read a few posts about pumping and looked at some of the pics and I was quite suprised. I always thought pumping was some type fetish thing that wasn't effective, but now ........?:(
So, I'd like some opinions. Do you think it's worth investing in a good pump ?
Could the addition of pumping to clamping result in imressive girth gains ?
Any comments would be greatly appreciated.

i don't know anyone who has made gains from pumping, simple as that. however, coupled with clamping can give a good pump.
my experience with pumping is with a steady diet of training and getting used to it you can pump and hold 1/4 - 3/4 inch more girth for the next day and often more.

Clamping and pumping do work for permanent gains. You see I need more time to get my arse into this place again and at the moment which has been a lifetime recently, I'm busy with my career and doing various exams so things take a backseat. However my views to gains in PE are slightly different at this time I feel than others as I advocate the High Intensity approach now which is intensity in less volume and less freq than long sessions.
My sessions were HIT sessions and I gained great. I havent done proper pe in like 2 years and touch wood I have all my gains here. Pumping + constricting do work but you can easily overdo it and gain nothing more than fluid. Allot of this is common sense, dont make it complicated its SIMPLE SCIENCE. Bare with me as I will post more soon.

I agree, if you mix pumping with clamping you must shorten your sessions as well, because you can get a good workout in 30mins of less, depending on the intensity.
Pumping before sex will give you extra girth, and in time pumping can and will help you in gains.

Hey Red,
Tell us more about pumping, as you said, common sense is the key. I figured that if you warmed up, stretched enough and then pumped, you could fill the chambers and gain. Mu question is tho, how much, how often, for permanent gains.
One other thing, from experience with the gym, I've learned that intense sessions are good, but sometimes this is only after one has been training for a while, do you think the same thing applies to PE?
