Hey when i try SO stretches, I cant get any stretch in the ligs or tunica, doesnt matter how many tonnes of pressure I put, it just stops dead. Why does this happen, how can i fix it? thanks

I know what you mean, stretching straight out seems almost pointless at times, yet it is the primary stretch of most PEers. I on the other hand prefer to do upward and downward stretches. These feel much more beneficial to me. With the upward stretches you can feel the tunica stretching and with the downward stretches you can feel it in the ligs.

Do this instead -
#1 pull straight out but angle it down
#2 do the same but angle up

Doing them will stress it more and you should feel it better.
