Has anyone gained length from using a tighter cylinder that you fill up pretty fast?
I desperately need some length and I'm only gaining head size and some girth...
Can't do much stretching since my hands hurt after a short while (I have a condition.. :()
I have a pump now that's actually a bit too big for me, I can pump both my cock and balls in it. I think it's really comfortable so that's why I'm wondering about length gains, dont' wanna have a JES extender...

For me pumping in a tighter tube just seemed to increase my fluid build up in my foreskin. Try doing like 5 to 10 min sets of pumping and between sets stretch for 10 mins or so. This might help.

I use the vacu-tech thick wall for length, combined with the manual stretches its a win win situation.

I checked out the vacu-tech website and it said the thick wall cylinder is for advanced/ experienced pumpers. Whats your option on that? Do you think some just starting pumping can use it, if there mainly focusing on length and a little bit of girth?

And you guys actually see long term improvements? I have never seen that myself, from all I have learned myself and read pumps seem to be a pretty temporary and dangerous option.

Are you really an experienced pumper. or are you going by waht you read? Or did you buy a cheap pump that had no pressure guage, and ended up with a massive donut?Pumps are good, I would love to get my hands and dick in a vacu-tech they seem to be the shit. Pumping has its downside if you are dumb and take it too fast to soon, just like any other PE exercise.
My sources? I've been a pumper for 2 years+. Your sources come from a website? That has no real experience? Man they have no idea what they are talking about.
My question before I go futher have you ever pumped with a real pump, with a good routine? If not I'd leave pump questions to those who have spent a lot of time with pumping.
I'm not attacking you bro, but it does piss me off when people dogg pumping when they lack expertise in the subject.

You might want to go to a smaller tube since you can pump your cock and balls in the same tube. What size are you in the girth department? Let me know and I can direct you to the correct sized tube for you.
If you want length, you might really want to consider other options since you have a condition. Hanging might be good for your or extenders. Pumping for me seemed to increase girth more than length.

Ive been a pumper for years and its like weightlifting, you get outta it exactly what you put into it.its only dangerous if overdone,or done improperly.
