I've been doin PE for 2 weeks, my penis seems to gain its length and girth, but it become ALOT smaller after 2 weeks, probably itz becuz the blood can't go through, so i waited for another week to recover, but it still didnt recover after another 2 weeks, my length decreased 1 inch, and the girth decrease like 2 inches, becuz my dick cannot fullly erect???!!!!!!!!!
I NEED HELP!!!!

Ok we can fix this done worry. What was your routine and what did you do. How many days a week. Have you only been PEing for just two weeks? Are you having trouble gettimg aroused? Or is that ok you just cant get it hard?

Yo dude dont panic.
Tell us ya WHOLE routine from start to finish...I want EVERY detail you can think of that ya do during ya workouts and also anything else you have to say that may be usefull.
Weneed to know everything so we can pin point the problem exactly. Everything that went into it you need to tell us. Dont be afraid we wont make fun of you but you gatta tell us every thing so we can get this taken care of.

herez my routine
hot bath first or sometihn to warm my thing
stretching up, down, right, left for 30 second each
jelq for 20 minutes, with kelq
and tries to do kelq as many as i can, i did about 100~200 rep a day, hold it for 5 sec
and i massaged my balls for 30 sec
and itz hard for me to get rrreeaaal harrd like i use to do alll the time
well i think itz becuz of jerk off

Dude i personally think its the kegs, when i first started i went from doing 0 to 500 a day, so i over did it and after a week or so my PC just said thats enough, i could hardly do 10 a day and couldn't get it up.
I quit doing everything for a few weeks and eventually everything went back to normal and i had learnt a lesson "crawl before you run", i then started doing 2 sets of 50 a day and then built up to where i am today 3 sets of 250 a day.
Stop jacking off for Gods sake man. And tone your jeqing down to about 5 min, then edge for a while with out blowing your load.

There isn't anything in your routine that could cause damage to your penis to the extent you encountered, however it probably is just overtraining. Let your penis get used to the exercises first, then you can up the intensity.
