Power Assist

DLD it has been almost 2 weeks since I ordered the Power Assist and I have not received it yet. Why is it taking so long? Is this normal? I attempted to email at the address that was provided for questioning and no one has responded. I want and need my power assist. Help??:(

Thanks for link, but what does this mean as to when will I get the power assist? This link was established about 2 weeks ago. The tracking number I received still reads: Electronic Shipping Info Received. Needless to say, it has not been shipped out yet. I understand that sometime things fall through the gaps, however no one has yet contact me to inform me that everything is Okay. Do not get me wrong, I can accept delays becaues of a business being short staff, however been totally ignored is another thing. I just want someone to insure me that I will receive the product that I paid for within a specific window.
On a lighter note, I think DLD is doing an excellent job under the circumstances.
