Hi,

Is 300 60-90% erect jelqs followed by two 8-10 minutes clamping sessions every other day,
a good enough routine for someone who has been clamping 3 days on 1 days off for around two week?

Am I doing too little of a work out in your opinion? If so do you have any suggestions to beef up my routine to something I'll most likey start gaining with?

I don't want to be under doing it.

How long have you been working more intense girth exercises? I'd say it's not over doing it. Sounds good for a guy who's got at least a few months under his belt.

SWM ,
thanks for the reply

I've been doing more intense girth exercises such as ulis, horse squeezes, ssjs and erect jelqing for a couple of months, but for the last few weeks I've only jelqed at 60-90 erect and followed by clamping none have 6 months of p.e under my belt.

It's good to know I'm not over doing it,but I also don't want to be under doing it neither. I'll stick with what I've been doing for another 2 weeks then maybe add more jelqs or some clamped bends to incease intesnity. Good idea?

The word "none" is
a typo,it doesn't belong there.

That sounds like a very good, safe approach. Above all else, make sure you 'listen to your body', and learn when to stop. You can learn to 'feel it out' and know when you've done enough for the day, a set, etc.
