I was wondering if anybody is using the Cable Clamps & the Power Assist at the same time, Somthing like what Red talks about in http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=2059
Seems like it would give a good all around workout.
I plan to start doing this since I have very little time to spend PEing and think I can do a good 45 min. workout and get results.
Advice?
