I just started to do some stretching and can you get any kind of decent gains from just pulling straight down while sitting on the edge of a chair, I usually pull straight down for about 25-30 second and then do a reverse kegel, I did notice when I do this that my dick does get longer when I do the reverse kegel. I'm only looking to gain about .50"-.75" and I'm currently at 7 1/8 ebp
also when I stretch I have to grip more toward the base because when I hold it behind the head and stretch it hurts,when gripping towards the base, does that still stretch the whole dick
