hi,
I am a new member here, as my name suggests I am into my weights and am also into P.E
I first stumbled upon P.E about five years ago when I was seventeen. This came in the form of rather crude penis pumps and spent numerous months trying to construct my own of which ended up as being part of a glass oil lamp and a foot pump for an inflatable boat, it didnt work that well.
Then, there were sites claiming natural P.E. however they were all paysites so I had to figure what exercises could break down and rebuild the penis. The first thing I tried was erection bends and squeezes but was always worried I was causing damage as there were veins popping out everywhere.
As time past there were free P.E sites and then forums and learnt the jelq.
I have been doing P.E quite irregular, due to time and lack of privacy and have not been doing the stretching exercises.
I havent gained an awful lot but started out at average about 5.5
x4.5. I am now at around 6.8x5.8 and am quite pleased, as it is over average length and girth compared to medical penis size sites.
I am now concentrating on stretches as I feel it will be tough to stretch with more girth. also I have greatest length measurement with the penis pointing down, also when I did squeezes my girth would expand over half an inch to 6.3 or so
