Jelqing

I just want to know if when a jelq is performed, is it one rep each hand, or is it one rep for both hands? With the jelq and bend are you going for one hundred bends or one hundred jelqs? Just kind of confused about that. Thanks.

Jelqing is done one rep per hand. When doing the Jelq and Bend it is performed in this sequence...jelq....jelq....bend...jelq....jelq.... bend...jelq....jelq....bend etc.
