Thought I'd give it a measurement today for the hell of it...even though I've been super inconsistent with my PE workout routine which is still Phase 1....and I've gained 1/4" EBP length....
Haven't checked girth yet...will do later and report back but shit guys this PE works....
I started phase 1 the first week of October and have probably had more time off of PE than on and I still gained 1/4"....
Now PE wasn't my top proirity which is why I've been inconsistent with the workouts but when I do workout it is 110% focus and effort its just that my overall health is more importnant to me so I'd make sure I made it to the gym rather that PE workout if I had to choose...
But now I am a firm believer and will recommit to my workouts and restart Phase 1 since I've been off for a few weeks...thanks for the great website DLD. Its one of the best investments I've made :)
