hi every1, im enw to the forums. ive been reading it alot but now i decided to post. does any1 do this exercise.

laying down on a bed fully erect with the penis standing(/your lying down on your back)push the penis down as far as possible with your palm while using your pc muscle to try to keep the boner standing. so your pc muscle is working against the force of your palm. i think this buils pc muscle and also stretches the ligaments and help with giving a more fuller erection.

Yeah, some people do it while standing up and placing a towel (sometimes wet towel) over their penis and lifting it up and down. :)

Would doing that yield length or girth, or both?

Aren't those penis isometrics? If they are they're suppsosed to somehow increase the amount of potential gains to be recieved from the ligs...dont ask me how thats just what i heard

i do something similiar to you i tie a bit of shoelace around my shaft and attach something heavy to the end and try and move the weight up and down with my pc muscle

sound similer to penile isometrics, which is a THEORY ... apparently [true or not ????] this type of work makes the ligs and tendons more septable for longer and better unlimited gains...I dunno how it works.....I do however feel it helps the PC muscle and also makes the penis stronger on the whole.

I just can't see this helping assist in length/girth gains. I do see it helping in building the PC muscle though. However though, who knows...
