Well it's been a while since I've posted here. I've been doing some PE on and off. Mostly off, but want to start again soon. As soon as I've some of the problems I've been coping with...
I started doing this when I started getting these erection problems. I watched porn and did my thing while having a cockring on. I noticed that after a few weeks my dick was getting way thicker and a little longer than I used to get without the ring. I started doing this "jelq 'n stretch" exersize. This is where in a semi erect start I did a slow jelq (like 5 seconds) whilst pulling forward. When reaching below the gland I'd pull for 30 secs. Did this 20 times in a row and waited for the hardend erection to go down. It started to look more thick and veinier. realy estatic I was...but when i don't use the ring, erections SUCK. Can anyone give me some advice to get the same effect WITHOUT the ring?

It's been a while since I started this thread. I've been doing my kegels every day now, at least 100. Still no improvement while not wearing the cockring. What I do know is that something must be right, because when erect with the ring on the corpora cavernosa and corpus spongiosum are/feel solid and hard. Almost no fluid build-up at all. As I mentioned before, I do 100 kegels and last 2 seconds. I've tried doing them longer, but find it very hard. I use the "tightening of the anus" methode. I know that must be good, because when I do them, my penis starts to bounce and the corpora cavernosa and corpus spongiosum are filling with more blood than usual. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong or could do better?

I am not meaning to offend, but many men have the misconception that ''clamping'' is simply wearing a cock ring or something similar. It is not. Check out my how to guide in this forum. It's a sticky thread (in the clamper forum). That would be your first step to clamping correctly.

Well it's not actualy that want to clamp, but I didn't know how to discribe it otherwise. What my short term goal is, to get the same result without wearing a cockring.

If you aren't feeling fatigued after doing 100 kegels, then you arent doing enough or you're not doing them hard enough. You want to get to the point of where you cannot physically do another kegel, then you'll have worked it well.

You may stop doing PE until your EQ returns. Sometimes that all it is. Another thing, is many times erection problems can be mental.
Have sex with someone not aware of your issue. Use viagra or cialis.. Make it your norm for 90 days for her to see you getting a nice full cock. After some time this will be your habit, and you will forget about when you had the issue.

Keep in mind that a normal erection without a cock ring will not be as hard as one with it.
