I always soak in a warm tub for 10 Min. before clamping to warm everything up. I noticed cable clamps are now availible with stainless steel hardware. Do you think doing the whole clamp session in the tub could yield better expansion = better gains due to the constant moist heat and increased blood circulation or do you think it would make the tissues more elastic and less prone to the cellular tears we are working to achieve?

I only found this now haha but its a good point and has had no response. I think it could help done in warm water as you would get a really good circulation going all the time and could potentially go longer in the clamp and also keep injuries down to a low.

Hey redzulu, what ever happened to your clampers guide? It was what taught me all about clamping and really motivated me to try it.... Last time I went looking for it, the web host had shut down. Is it still availible somewhere else or can you email me a copy???

It seems like you have found one of the best PE techniques out there!
Hot water = Makes the penile tissue expand more and more with minimum Injury risk. By clamping...you will achive freaky lenght & girth gains!

Red,when in "clamped mode", is it possible to force more blood into the penis by kegeling? The clamp restricts outflow not inflow right?

This technique is super interesting!

Going back to this thread I actually do Underwater Clamping right after the Bathmate workout by slapping on the clamp and encouraging a full erection while submerged in water obviously. I have noted less discomfort at the base where the clamp touches and better circulation than conventional 'dry' clamping. Funnily enough I noticed similar things when I stretch my penis and scrotum while in the warm bath.
