Hmm, before when I was hanging it was completely BTC. Not really sure what I should do now. Maybe straight out, so it'll hit everything? What do you guys think?

Its not wrote in stone that you have to hang all sets in the same direction. Split them up. Currently i hang an hour at btc then another hour SO. Broken up into 20 min sets.

To the left for a week the a week to the right. Then straight out for the next week

Not at all, its is one of the favorite hanging postitions for people.

Got my starter today and nn like 5 minutes, I've already got the settings really comfortable for 10lbs. I'll probably be hanging 15 when I come back. Feels good!! I'm so excited!

Great to hear man! I just moved up to 20lbs recently, and had to re do my settings for the weight increase. Little less wrap and brought the bottom settings in a little closer.

Supra, you told me not to hang btc. You said specificly over the shoulder and straight out. What makes you change what you told me. I don't care, just wonder why you changed your mind. GS

I obvioiusly don't know the specifics of your conversation w/ Supra, but if you were looking for a tunica stretch rather than a full blown lig busting session, OTC or SO would be the way to go. So maybe he thought you were looking for that?:(

Hey I know SWM og Supra postet a picture of the hanging setup with chairs an other stuff that they used when haning - but I would like to see some other hangers in here posting a picture of their hanging setup - I need some inspiration and I need it fast...please post a digi photo of your hanging setup :)

I need to know what kind of chair/stool I should purchase to get the perfect hangin setup.
My goal is to hang infront of the TV - but that requires me to replace my large chair with another chair that's more suited for hanging BTC
