I've been doing manual suspensory ligament stretching and some manual clamping for about a year now.

I've gained about 1.5" in length and I believe I may have had some slight girth gains as well.

I would measure girth by seeing how much of my cock I could fit inside of a paper towel tube. In the beginning I could fit half way into it. Now I can fit maybe a third of it into it.

At 7.75 (Bone pressed- New term I learned here) and 5.5, I am no john holms but I am pleased with my results. Reading about stats on penis size, I have gathered that I am in the top 10% of men when it comes to size.

So to my question and the point of this thread.

How much has everyone gained in L and G?

Is this a permanent gain or do you lose it after some time passes?

I was reading a thread about less frequent work outs with long rest between and many were saying they were actually losing their gains after time. Is this true?

Good thread, thus far 25% of the 16 responded found no benefit.

I would like to say that I've not been pe'ing properly for 2 maybe 3 years now on and off with little bits inbetween and my size HAS NOT gone smaller. Kept all my size and infact my penis looks slightly longer to me, so maybe it grew slightly? I do think we need deconditioning from this stuff after allot of intense hammering as the body will not adapt to change from constant abuse unless rest us used. Short infrequent but intense sessions are required for you to gain more size and keep gaining. Give your penis a REASON to change. If your still using the SAME routine day in day out that nothing much will happen, the same amount of jelqs using the same amount of force and same amount of erectile percentage isnt going to cut it. Clamping for me was the way to lift the bar and push the body past its comfort zone and into the area we need to visit in order to use some of its reserve energy supplies and make the growth begin. The penis is the same as other parts to the body, such as muscles ... all need proggressive overload to sustain growth but its how this is used that makes the overall difference to the amount one see's. REST is just as important and many men in my opinion do too much pe and not enough rest.

27% of the 22 who voted gained ZERO ... please everyone vote on this so we have more data.
