Over the weekend I was stoped for a DUI and minor consumption. Basically I wanted to know what the fines are for that. Another thing, when I blew into the breathalizer it registerd .01 which is way under the legel limit. If my blood test comes back the same or possibly just a little higher, does any one think I will be able to fight the DUI?

What are your state laws? What state are you in? And I'll google the law on that and give you my opinion.

Getting stopped for a DUI is a serious matter and it's not like a speeding or no-turn-on-red violation. You must have been swerving enough on the road for someone (a cautious person) to report you or a cop notice and stopped you for driving erratically. And you were planning to fight this charge when you admit drinking while driving? That's really pathetic, man.

I don't want to be preachy, but that's really fucked up that you have the balls to challenge this. You drove drunk! I hope you will stop being such a dumbass because you might be that next accident that seriously injures or kills some innocent person or family.
