Last week I hit the 22 cm( 8.66'') BPEL barrier just by manual stretching. To have a better tension on the penis, I slightly bend my penis to the right around the head if I am gripping it with the right hand, and I finely adjust the tension on the shaft. Then I swing the penis 10 degrees to the left and to the right while pulling down to make sure that ligs take symmetric stress at both sides. Then I repeat the same thing with the left hand. I think I am an easy gainer and there is only 0.3'' or so to reach my 9'' goal.
