View Full Version : OoPaperCutoO's "Short on Time" Routine

This is my new routine that I'm going to have to employ as I'm finding it more and more difficult to fit my full routine in on a daily basis. I'm going to return to a routine that features a girth day and a length day, with small amounts of stretching on the girth day and small amounts of girth work on the length day. Here's the routine:

Girth Days:
--Warm Up
--5 Minutes of Dry Jelqs
--15 Minute Cable Clamp consisting of Squeezes (base and head) and Erect Bends
--5 minutes of Dry Jelqs
--15 Minute Cable Clamp (same as above)
--5 minutes of Dry Jelqs
--10-15 minutes of Tunica Stretches consisting of V-stretches, Bundled V-stretches, and upwards stretching
--5 minutes of Dry Jelqs
--15 Minute Cable Clamp (same as above)
--5 Minutes of Dry Jelqs
--Warm Down


Length Days:
--Warm Up
--30-40 Minutes of Lig Stretching consisting of Blasters, Bundled Blasters, Squat Stretches, and SWM's Lig Stretch
--10-20 Minutes of Girth Work consisting of Jelqs, Ulis, and Redz' "The Presser"
--Warm Down


Hopefully this routine here will manage to allow me to make some substantial gains...Just from looking at it in writing i'd imagine that it should prove to be effective. Wish me luck.

That routine seems long like shit i can only imagine how long your regular routine is. But hell if it works for you then great!:)

Fillerup: I didn't realize I had a new PM...sorry about that...I just replied to it.

crzy_young_gun: This routine is actually substantially shorter then my prior routine. I'm a person who requires an almost ungodly amount of stress to be put on my penis for it to succumb and undergo growth. I'm unlucky in that way, I guess. :s

Wow, I didn't realize that you all had stickied my routine...guess someone thought it looked promising.

I've started my PE routine up again, although I'm not doing the exact routine that I have mentioned above...I'll post my revised routine when I have the time to do so. I've been going strong for almost a week now and have had some really good sessions, the only thing I need to do is stay consistent and I'll be making gains in the blink of an eye.

I've had to discontinue my hanging, as the home-made hanger I'm using is proving to be a pain in the ass...I'll have to postpone my hanging until after X-mas when I'll hopefully have the money to purchase a BIB hanger, however the girth work is going well.

I'm doing great Red, how about you my friend? I'm trying to avoid spending as much time on the computer as it was becomming an addiction for a while and impeding on other areas of my life.

I'm still trying to get over my social anxiety, and I figure the less time I spend on the computer and more time I spend out and about the better my chances of finally breaking free of my anxiety.

As for my modding, I never really did anything when I was a mod, and there are more then enough worthy mods around her nowadays without me jumping back into the mix. The board seems to be running smoothly, and I couldn't be happier in that regard.
