Hi I'm new to the forum this is one of my first posts. I'm trying to get a set routine and do it for a good 2 months. And will go longer if gaining. I'm starting out at about 5.4 - 5.5 NBP Erect Length and about 5.1 in EG. I haven't had sex with a chick since I was about 16-17. I am now 18yrs old. My first experiences I couldn't hold my ejac longer than about 3-4 min or less. I would also almost cum when getting head and during foreplay it was terrible. I don't really have trouble getting a girl its just that I'm not comfortable(NOT CONFIDENT) with my size and performance plus I had a somewhat of severe acne(had to take ACUTANE which sucked in highschool) but scars and stuff are starting to go away now(really almost gone no more breakouts) so I'm happy about that :) .So I am going to dedicate myself to get over the 6inch mark(AND GET MY CONFIDENCE BACK! DAMMIT!)and then go from there. I want to make a B*itch CUM.lol.Here is my routine Ive started like about last week (Jan 25-26). I'm going to track my progress starting in Feb. 1st (MONTH 1). And will not measure till March 1st or maybe mid Feb, IDK depends if I can tell I'm gaining. Anyways heres my routine I'm going to do M thru F(5 on 2) and take weekends off. I will greatly appreciate and critiques on my routine. It is similar to DLD Beginners Routine:
1. When I get up I get in the shower and warm up
STRETCHING AM: up, down, left, right, out for about 30 each hold and 3 reps each direction. Then I do blasters which I think you just kinda jerk your flacid penis out? I do about 30reps X 3 oh also do a stretch where u pull penis out and make ok sign and do hard circles around the shaft( I go clock then counterclock about twice each direction
KEGELS:( I try to do these erect) 100 quick reps followed by a 20-30 sec HOLD, Then 50 reps hold 5 sec for each, Then I hold till failure and thats it. ( I have to stroke myself to get my erection up every 10 or so reps. good? bad?)
JELQS: After kegels I do: 200 Jelqs (good 3-4 sec jelqs not "quick ones" G or B?) ok after 50 Jelqs I do a horse squeeze for 30 sec. 3 times in a row. Then 50 More(100) I do a uli squeeze holding for 30 sec 3 times in a row. Then I do same thing 50 jelqs, horse squeeze and 50 more uli squeeze. Question on squeezes and jelqs. I'm thinking ULI: is getting a full erection then squeezing at the base and holding(dick gets super fat about to explode) for 30 sec 3 times Am I right? Do you pull on dik in any way? AND the HORSE: I hold at base then right below head for 30 sec (shaft gets real fat and about to explode) and just hold and repeat 3x??
Then I take hot shower and hot wrap afterwards.

But I dont do blasters instead I do A stretch and then do a stretch were I'm basically pulling my dik out and going in nice slow circles couple sets clockwise and a couple counter-clock. I might do some flacid kegels b4 bed also(good to do flacid? IDK) Then hot wrap b4 bed. I don't know if stretching twice a day is good or not. Open to any kind of suggestions.
Well thats basically my routine I'm going to DO IT not try BUT DO IT for a month straight then maybe I'll up my jelqs or something But I just wanted to post it and maybe get a critique to see if its a good workout or not. But THANKS for anykind of help I'm determind to gain in length I mean I want girth to but I saw somewhere that and average girth is about 4.5 and mine is 5.1-5.2 right now so I guess its alright? IDK. DLD man I F-in PRAISE YOU MAN...DAMN...And some you others guys who have gained man I want to SOOO BAD
