View Full Version : Too much too soon?!?!?

I was working the snausage this morning, doing the stretches for about 20 minutes. I was holding stretches for 1 minute at a time, I could feel the pulling, got more comfortable as I went on, I was really friggin' pulling the weasel today. Got a BPFL of 7 3/4", only got a 7 1/2" yesterday. Should I stop stretching for awhile, might of torn something? No discomfort anywhere, can get wood easily.
A bit worried, any info, please share!

Nope it just seems like you got a good workout :)

Just make sure there's no pain just a mild discomfort when stretching and its all good!
