Will workout for short periods and surprised I'm not feeling it the next day.
Perhaps, I'm not working out long enough, or hard enough in one sitting. I've put the 'tool' though heavy workouts in the past, pumping jeqling and felt it afterwards.
Doing the DLD Blasters, hand / wrist, and the stretch and pc muscle workout.
Was thinking of breaking out a home-made stretcher that hasn't been used in a long time, adding that to the mix. Using the stretcher along with pc muscle workout.
*g* That would free-up the hands while working out.
Suspect that part of the high threshold for 'feeling it' the day after is due to having done PE on and off for years. The 'tool' has been conditioned to workouts.
