Start with the basics. Jelqing and basic stretching and kegels, lots of kegels. Check out the newbie forum, that's where you will find answers to most of your questions and check out the routines and progress forum, you will more than likely find an easy newbie routine that will ease you into the rigors of NPE. For starters you're in the right place. Second, read, read, and read. Third, dedication. Some of the vets may be able to help you get started with a routine.I'm a newbie, so I started off with mild stretches and about 250 wet Jelq. I'm now doing A stretches, Uli's and about 700-800 Jelqs per day. I PE 6 days on 1 day off. Remember, you will gain!

Why kegels? Do they really help in pe? ?:( I thought they r for the multiple orgasms and got lazy bout them...<:(

Yes, they are an important part of enlargement too.
