I started Phase 2 today, and I have this nasty looking bruise on the tip of my glans. I've had bruises before and I usually take a break for a day of two to let them heal. But I'm wondering, should I really take a break if it doesn't hurt? I seem to miss a lot of PE time because of this, so maybe I should just keep going and my glans will get used to it and not bruise anymore? Thanks.

If it doesn't hurt try working through it. Maybe it is from your grip?? Maybe change it a bit. Some soreness is inevitable. If its from length then work on girth or width or vice versa. You know your body best. If it hurts then stop, or maybe cut the intensity down a little bit and increase the time of exercise.
